私たちは、多くの共同研究を行っています。2014年10月7日から10日に、タイ、サムイ島で行われたIEVC2014( The Fourth IIEEJ International Workshop on Image Electronics and Visual Computing）においても、国内の他大学の先生方との共同研究（3件）、インドネシアの博士課程の学生が、メディアサイエンス専攻に短期留学していたときから始まった共同研究（2件）の発表がありました。
多くの研究者との議論がより良い研究成果を生み出す一つの例といえます。今後も教員も学生も学内だけにとどまらず、国内外へ眼を向けて、世界をリードする新しい研究成果をどんどんと発表していきたいと考えています。
